Since the conception of our EDM Cut Wire Manufacturing division in 2002, our production line grew from 2 Saikawa wire drawing machines to the current 8 wire drawing machines. We are the only EDM cut wire manufacturer in Malaysia.

Stringent Quality Control
As an ISO 9001 certified company, our manufacturing is subjected to systematic quality assurance guidelines. Every single spool of EDM brass wire we manufactured is tagged with a unique batch number and has to go through all the designated quality assurance checking.
Our quality control criteria include wire straightness, tensile strength, elongation, wire surface, winding on the spool, diameter and net weight of wire to every spool produced.
In order to provide our customers with consistent and best possible quality products, our wire-drawing machines are thoroughly maintained daily, weekly and monthly. Our measuring equipment is set for yearly inspections and calibrations.
