Rust and machine sludge remover

Remove rust from metal parts and sludge from wire cutting machines.

Removal of rust on metal workpieces, molds and other ferrous materials

Use undiluted

Please do not dilute Rust Remover K-200.

Soak and rinse

Soak the rusted workpiece in K-200.
Rinse the product well with water as soon as the rust dissolves.
Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000).

Apply with brush or cloth

Apply the remover to the rusty surface using a brush or cloth.
As soon as the rust dissolves, rinse the surface with water using another brush or cloth.
Since rust is likely after rinsing with water, apply a water-replaceable rust preventive agent (such as CP-4000) if possible.

Use a hard plastic container for soaking the workpiece. Avoid metal containers.
